BetRupees processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed immediately and credited to your BetRupees balance without delay. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds before a withdrawal can be requested from a balance that includes bonus-derived funds. BetRupees does not charge withdrawal fees on its side of the transaction, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
We may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard procedure to protect account holders and prevent fraud. Requested documents typically include a government-issued ID and confirmation of your payment method. Failure to provide verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being held.

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real cash. Sports betting wagers, slot spins and fish game plays all count toward wagering requirements, though contribution rates may differ by game type or sport category.
All bonuses have an expiry period — typically expressed as a number of days from the date the bonus is credited. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements within the expiry window will be removed from your account automatically. Attempting to exploit bonus offers through irregular betting patterns, using multiple accounts or colluding with other players to manipulate promotional terms is a breach of these Terms. All bets placed on BetRupees are final once confirmed. Before confirming a bet, check your selections, stake amount and potential payout carefully. Technical errors during bet placement — such as connectivity issues on your device — do not automatically entitle you to a refund or re-placement of a bet at a prior odds level. If a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the platform, it stands.
Cricket betting, including Pakistan Super League matches, T20 internationals, Test series and domestic competitions, is subject to standard sports betting rules. In-play bets are accepted until the relevant market is suspended. Odds are updated in real time for live markets. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or curtailed, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply — these are available in the sports rules section of your account.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled without a result, obvious pricing errors resulting from a technical fault, or a match being abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0 and the stake is returned to your account balance in PKR.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed during the bet placement process and vary by sport, market type and event. Payouts exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the applicable limit regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.
Slots, fish games and other casino content are governed by the individual game rules provided by the game provider. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's display and the game server result, the server result is definitive. BetRupees is not responsible for technical malfunctions originating within third-party game software.
You agree to use BetRupees in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, closure and forfeiture of balances:
BetRupees monitors account activity for patterns that indicate any of the above prohibited behaviours. Where suspicious activity is identified, we reserve the right to suspend an account pending investigation without prior notice.
